Abstract

Background :  
Preoperative prediction of semitendinosus graft dimensions using MRI can significantly impact 
graft choice and surgical outcomes in ACL reconstruction. Accurate pre-surgical information 
may enhance the success of the procedure by ensuring the use of adequately sized grafts.
